Varma has invested in Frankfurt core office property TaunusTurm
Varma has made an investment in a Tishman Speyer led joint venture to acquire TaunusTurm, a core office asset located in Frankfurt's banking district. The leasable space of the building comprises of ca. 65,400 sqm of office, retail and residential space.
The 40-story asset has been developed by Tishman Speyer and was completed in 2014. TaunusTurm has been granted a LEED Platinum environmental certificate. The building is occupied by a number of tenants mainly from financial, legal and consulting sectors.
