You can authorise an accounting firm to manage your YEL insurance matters. Take the following steps:

  1. Ask your accounting firm to complete an accounting firm agreement (pdf in Finnish). If the accounting firm has already concluded the agreement, there is no need to do that again.
  2. Complete a YEL insurance customer’s letter of consent (pdf in Finnish).
  3. Submit the accounting firm agreement and your letter of consent to us through the Messages section in the Varma Online Service.
