Varma can send you email or text message notifications about events in Varma Online Service. In the service, you can change the way you receive notifications (email or text message) by clicking on the profile icon in the top right corner and selecting Personal details. Update your contact details and select the preferred method of receiving notifications.
We are currently sending out notifications on these matters:
- Overdue invoices
- Decisions on YEL income changes
Please note that contact details and the method of receiving notifications must be updated separately for insurance and pension information.
