Customer service office hours around Christmas and the turn of the year

Our customer service is available to all our customers even around Christmas and New Year.

During the last days of the year, our customer service is available on weekdays according to our normal customer service hours

  • in insurance and payment matters on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., on language lines from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • in pension and rehabilitation matters on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The exceptions are Christmas Eve on December 24, when our customer service is closed, and New Year's Eve (31 December 2021), when we serve

  • in insurance and payment matters from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
  • in pension and rehabilitation matters from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
