During the summer, our customer service is available during our normal customer service hours:
- in insurance and payment matters from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., service in Swedish and English from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
An exception to this is the period from 27 June to 31 July when we provide service from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. From the beginning of August, we will once again be at your service during our normal customer service hours.
- in pension and rehabilitation matters from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., the same times apply also to service in Swedish and English.
Remember that in our online service, you can always take care of all pension and rehabilitation matters as well as changes related to insurance and payment matters.
