When calling our customer service, you will be able to choose the language you wish to receive service in at the start of the phone call.
Our customer service number is 010 192 100 (when calling from abroad, dial +358 10 192 100):
- in insurance and payment matters from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (service in Swedish and English from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.).
- in pension and rehabilitation matters from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. (all three languages).
Remember that in our online service, you can always take care of all pension and rehabilitation matters as well as changes related to insurance and payment matters.
