Accessibility of online services means that anyone, including people with disabilities or impairments, can easily access digital services. We are developing the accessibility of Varma’s online services with respect to technology, ease-of-use and clarity of the contents.
The varma.fi website was launched before the act on the provision of digital services (306/2019) took effect. The accessibility requirements will apply to the varma.fi website as of 23 September 2020.
We are currently developing Varma’s online services to make them accessible. We will achieve a good level of accessibility for the public varma.fi website by the end of 2019, and the development work on Varma’s eServices will continue into 2020.
