The new opening hours will be trialled until 31 March 2022. During the trial, we will be monitoring the development of customer satisfaction and the way our services are used.
The reason for the change is that, according to call statistics, most of our private customers prefer to call us during the daytime.
In addition to the telephone service, we also serve our private customers in the Varma Online Service, which can be accessed using online banking and mobile credentials. All pension and rehabilitation matters can be dealt with in the online service. The online service offers functions such as the Messages and attachments service, which can be used to securely send messages to Varma.
