How to start using Varma Online Service

You can take care of your YEL insurance matters by logging in to Varma Online Service using your online banking codes or a Mobile Certificate.

If you are using Varma Online Service for the first time, you can easily get access by accepting the terms and conditions of the online service agreement in the service.

Log in to Varma Online Service with your banking codes or a Mobile ID.
Accept the terms and conditions of the online service agreement.
Enter your email address and phone number.
Wait a few minutes and log in again.

Take care of your YEL insurance easily online

In Varma Online Service, you can take care of your YEL insurance and payment matters easily in one place. You can also send secure messages to our specialists if you need help.

For example, you can:

view your invoice details and request more time to pay (YEL insurance → Invoices)
print a certificate of paid contributions (YEL insurance → Certificates)
apply for a change in your YEL income (YEL insurance → Insurance policy information → Apply for a change in your YEL income)
update your invoicing details (YEL insurance → Insurance policy information → Edit invoice's recipient details and invoicing method).

If someone else, such as a representative from your accounting firm, takes care of your insurance matters, you can authorise them to use Varma Online Service on your behalf. You can easily grant the authorisation in Varma Online Service.

Log in to Varma Online Service.
Select YEL insurance.
Click on User management.
Select Add a new user and enter the person's details in the form.

You can also take care of your company's TyEL insurance in Varma Online Service using the same login. To switch to the TyEL service, select the round profile icon in the top right-hand corner of Varma Online Service and select Switch to the employer service.

If you do not have access to your company's TyEL insurance details, you can apply for access to the online service by completing the online service agreement.
