You can take care of pension and rehabilitation matters as well as changes related to insurance and payment matters through the Varma Online Service.
On Maundy Thursday (17 April) we are available
- in insurance and payment matters from 8 am to 1 pm, also in Swedish and in English.
- in pension and rehabilitation matters from 9 am to 1 pm, also in Swedish and English.
Our customer service is closed on Good Friday (18 April) and on Easter Monday (21 April). However, you can take care of all pension and rehabilitation matters as well as changes related to insurance and payment matters in our online service.
On the other Easter week weekdays, our service is available during normal service hours:
- in insurance and payment matters from 8 am to 5 pm. Service in Swedish and in English is available from 8 am to 4 pm.
- in pension and rehabilitation matters from 9 am to 3 pm, also in Swedish and English.
