What to do when I would like to change my bank account number or address?

You can change your account number on the “Bank account number and tax rate” page in Varma Online Service.

We usually receive information about the changes of address of our customers living in Finland from the Digital and Population Data Services Agency. If you have a non-disclosure for personal safety reasons, we do not automatically receive your address information from the Digital and Population Data Services Agency. You can update your address by logging in to Varma Online Service or by notifying us of your new address by post. If you notify us of an address change by post, remember to sign the notification.

We do not receive automatic notifications of the changes of address of customers living abroad. You can change your address on the “Personal details” page in Varma Online Service.

If you do not have online banking credentials or a mobile ID, read on the “Payment of pension” page how you can inform us of the change of account number or address.
