The trial period for pension and rehabilitation service hours is extended – telephone service hours are 9 am–1 pm

The opening hours of Varma’s telephone service for private customers are 9 a.m. – 1 p.m., Monday to Friday.

We will continue the new trial telephone service hours for Varma’s private customers until the end of September 2026. The opening hours of the telephone service for pension and rehabilitation matters are 9 a.m. – 1 p.m., Monday to Friday. 

During the trial period, customer satisfaction has remained at a good level, and our customers have not given any feedback about the service hours. We will extend the trial until autumn to gather more information about how it affects our customers’ ways of handling their affairs.

In addition to the telephone service, we also serve our private customers in Varma Online Service, which can be accessed using online banking and mobile credentials. All pension and rehabilitation matters can be dealt with in the online service. The online service offers functions such as the Messages and Documents service, which can be used to securely send messages to Varma.
